Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Order processing takes 1-2 business days before dispatch.

4. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as Welding Tools and Stationary and Workshop Tools, are non-returnable due to their nature.
