  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ironclad Tools. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the information below to understand our policies and procedures.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Note: Due to the nature of certain products, some items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Welding Tools
  • Stationary and Workshop Tools

Returns & Exchanges Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Ironclad Tools.
